Senior
Geared towards ages 13 and older
Senior are swimmers that already have a background in swimming.
Swimmers interested in this group are unable to commit to a full training program. These swimmers will have the option of attending 4 or 5 sessions a week and will be training with the Performance Group. Dryland training is not offered, and swimmers must be able to swim all 50s, 100s, 200 free, and 200 IM.
